Her vision extended to hospitals, surgery centers, private practice facilities, and home care settings, with a particular focus on regenerative medicine and biologics within the domains of wound care, joint care, reconstructive surgery, and more.

With over 25 years of experience in sales and operations, Alyssa has honed her skills in developing data-driven strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, expanding key accounts, optimizing pricing strategies, and leveraging analytics to achieve sales objectives.

Nationally Rod Gull brings decades of leadership and operational expertise to CSQ Bio, with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical industries.

His background in operations and sales leadership has honed his ability to foster collaboration, improve workflows, and deliver impactful solutions. As part of CSQ Bio’s business development team, Rod plays a key role in building strong provider relationships and driving innovative strategies that set the company apart in the market.

Rod also serves as a national trainer for a newly launched autologous whole-blood wound dressing, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing innovative wound care solutions.

Sean brings expertise in healthcare sales to CSQ Bio, with a strong background in outpatient care, home health, and mobile wound care.

His experience has sharpened his ability to build lasting provider relationships and deliver impactful solutions.

Sean actively leads efforts to bring innovative wound care products to providers, helping them improve patient outcomes and raise care standards.

As West Coast Sales, Sean plays an integral role in driving growth and expanding the company’s presence in the region.

McKenna graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Physiology and Medical Sciences and a minor in Entrepreneurship, combining her passion for healthcare with a strong business foundation.

Her experience spans from volunteering in hospitals and serving as an Emergency Medical Responder to working in wound care sales.
